Super happy with my experience with Bansal! They have an amazing selection of local and international art supplies at fair prices and the very best team!!
One of the items I ordered was old stock and the paint tubes had dried out. Instead of simply sending it, the team contacted me and arranged an alternative because they only wanted to send quality products.
I’m based outside the country and had placed the order for a friend locally, so I was a little unsure about the delivery since I had provided my own number. On the day of the delivery, Gunjan from the Bansal team went the extra mile to coordinate with the delivery company and make sure the order reached my friend safely.
Really appreciate the kind and caring team at Bansal for being so helpful, honest, and committed to making sure we only receive the best. Would definitely recommend them!!! <3<3<3
