We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong, or damaged product(s) received. Wherein you can raise a return request of product(s) within 7 Business Days of receiving the order.

Provide us with your order ID and email an image of the products you wish to return. Unboxing / unpacking video is a must for concerns where items are missing in a package or order. Please note, if the seal of the product is tampered, no return, refund or replacement request will be entertained.
- We will schedule a return pick up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
In case if the request is for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.
- In case of Cash on Delivery payments, the customer is supposed to pay Shipping charges for their order in case of return.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation is only eligible if the request is placed with 12 hours of placing the order. The final approval for accepting cancellation will be decided by our team.
